Two sisters, a family oven, and a serious case of post-holiday cookie blues. Our brother had just returned from the States and couldn’t stop talking about cookies — soft, indulgent, and unapologetically American.

So we got into our mum’s kitchen and started baking. One batch turned into another. Ten cookies at a time, late into the night, cat mum breaks in between, hearts full. What began as a surprise quickly became something bigger than we ever imagined — and before we knew it, Dollies was born: the UK’s first American-style cookie brand.

From our earliest test bakes to introducing stuffed cookies (because why not go all in?), to shipping nationwide and reaching milestone after milestone, we’ve learned, grown, and faced every challenge together. Through it all, one thing has never changed — our passion.

Every cookie is still baked in small batches, made with the same love that filled that kitchen back in 2018. Our mission is simple: to bake joy, comfort, and nostalgia into every bite. Because sometimes, you don’t just want a cookie… you need one. Especially one that’s emotionally available. 💖
